We are licensed to use the Pure Bookkeeping System, so you can rest easy knowing you'll never be in that vulnerable position again! Our system requires all suitable candidates to complete a rigorous Skills Test before they are interviewed. Most candidates FAIL the test! We choose only the cream of the crop and that's just the start.
Team Standards
Our bookkeepers must achieve high standards in Education, Experience, Testing & Training:
- Completed Cert IV in Bookkeeping
- 2 - 5 years experience
- Successfully completion of
- Pure Bookkeeping Skills Assessment
- Pure Bookkeeping Training Program

Our Story
Our Founder, Judith, has decades of Accounting experience, working around the globe from Canada to London to Sydney.
As her own family expanded, she worked closer to home in small businesses, including her husband’s start-ups. This time being “elbow deep” in the business, really helped her to understand the demands and challenges of small to medium businesses plus the unique challenges of the start-up world.
At Bean Guru we love helping people organise their business, so they can spend more time growing it.
Ensuring the books are up to date & accurate is just one (important) part of the process - organising the flow of documents, ensuring timely compliance, accurate cashflow and understanding your financial reports are also essential parts of running a successful business.
